What Is Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation?
The pelvic floor works with the abdominal wall, diaphragm, back, hips, and pelvis. Dr. Natalie assesses related movement, breathing, pressure, and pain within chiropractic scope and helps you connect with pelvic floor physiotherapy when internal assessment is appropriate.
Breathing, abdominal pressure, the hips, pelvis, and back all interact during everyday movement and exercise. Looking at those relationships can help clarify what is contributing and which provider is best suited to help.
Dr. Natalie does not replace pelvic floor physiotherapy. Her role is to assess and treat relevant musculoskeletal findings, support movement, and coordinate care when a pelvic floor specialist is needed. Many patients are unsure where to begin. Your first visit can help sort the concerns into practical next steps without pressure to continue with care that is not the right fit.
