Bring imaging reports, referral notes, medication information, or insurance forms if you have them.
Choose clothing that makes it easy to move and assess the area that concerns you.
Write down anything you want clarified. There is time to ask before treatment begins.

Dr. Natalie asks what brought you in, how it affects your life, what you have tried, and what you hope to change.
She examines the relevant joints, muscles, movement, and clinical findings needed to understand the concern.
You hear what she found, what she recommends, the available options, and what to expect before any treatment.
Treatment begins that same day, with your comfort and consent guiding each step. You leave knowing the plan and what you can do between visits.
Dr. Natalie explains what she is recommending and why. You can ask questions, request a different technique, pause, or decline. If the assessment shows that another provider or medical investigation is more appropriate, she will explain that too.
Your first visit is a full 60 minutes. Dr. Natalie listens before treating, explains her findings in plain language, and builds care around your goals, preferences, and comfort.
Chiropractic care focuses on how your joints, muscles, and nerves move and work together. Dr. Natalie uses hands-on techniques, soft tissue work, and movement-based guidance to restore comfortable, efficient movement so your body can support itself better. Chiropractic is a primary healthcare service in Ontario, so you can book directly without a referral.
Most patients find treatment comfortable and often leave feeling lighter and more at ease. You may notice a sense of pressure or release during hands-on work, and mild, short-lived soreness afterward is simply the body adapting. Dr. Natalie checks in throughout and adjusts pressure, positioning, and technique to your comfort, so you always know exactly what to expect.
Yes. After the assessment and explanation, treatment begins during your first appointment. Dr. Natalie talks you through the options first, and your comfort and consent guide each step.
Your first visit is a full 60 minutes, so there is time to understand your full story, assess, explain, and begin care. Follow-up visits are typically 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on what you are working on.
No referral is needed to book chiropractic care. Your insurer may have its own reimbursement rules, so confirm the details of your plan directly.
Direct billing is available for many insurance plans. When your plan supports it, the claim can be submitted for you and you pay any amount your plan does not cover. Your insurer can confirm the exact benefits available under your plan.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Dr. Natalie may ask to assess a specific area and will explain draping or clothing options while protecting your comfort and privacy.
Yes. Consent is ongoing. You can ask questions, request an alternative, pause, or decline any part of care.
Feeling a little unsure is completely normal, especially on a first visit. Dr. Natalie takes time to explain everything before she does it, answers your questions, and never proceeds with anything you are not comfortable with. If there is a therapy you would prefer to skip, just say so. There is always another option.
Dr. Natalie will explain that clearly and recommend medical assessment, physiotherapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, massage therapy, or another provider when appropriate.
