Listen before treating
I want to understand what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you hope to get back to before we decide on care.
I help patients heal after injury, get back into the activities they love, and move well again.
Postpartum moms. Jaw pain. Sports injuries. If something is keeping you from doing what you love, I can help. Serving Mississauga and Oakville.

I was curious about the body, which led me to study Kinesiology at Lakehead University. While I was there, I started paying closer attention to my own health. Better eating, regular exercise, and more consistent recovery helped me feel better, and I wanted to understand why.
That curiosity brought me to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. While I was there, I worked as an anatomy tutor and lab supervisor, teaching other students while deepening my own understanding of how the body moves and heals.
I graduated in 2017 and built experience in sports clinics, rehabilitation centres, and multidisciplinary settings. Today, I see patients at Preserve Oak Wellness in Oakville, including patients from Mississauga and surrounding communities.
My visits are comprehensive. I take time to assess, provide hands-on treatment, explain what is going on, and give you a plan you can use between appointments.
I want to understand what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you hope to get back to before we decide on care.
I explain my findings in plain language, what may be contributing, and why I am recommending a particular next step.
I may combine adjustments, soft-tissue care, acupuncture, rehabilitation, and movement guidance based on your needs, goals, and comfort.
Adjustments, soft-tissue care, acupuncture, rehabilitation, and movement guidance are selected from the assessment and adapted to your comfort.
I often work with people managing jaw pain, headaches, pregnancy and postpartum changes, sports injuries, and persistent neck or back concerns.
My education gave me a strong starting point. Ongoing study helps me keep adapting that foundation to the patients and concerns I see in practice.

I continue to study the concerns that appear most often in my practice, including jaw pain, headaches, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, persistent pain, and movement.
I believe the small things matter: better movement, better eating, better sleep, and better energy. The work we do in the clinic is only part of the picture.
I am also a mom, which gives me a lived perspective on pregnancy, postpartum recovery, interrupted sleep, and finding time for care. Outside the clinic, I experiment with smoothies and recipes, do Pilates and strength training, run, read, and spend as much time as I can with dogs.
