If you are looking from Mississauga, review location and appointment information for Mississauga patients before you book.
The short answer
The useful answer depends on your symptoms, health history, daily demands, and what you want to get back to. A label alone rarely tells the whole story. I start by listening, assessing what is relevant, and explaining which factors may be contributing before recommending care.
What is worth knowing
- Look for enough time to explain your concern, complete a relevant assessment, and discuss options.
- Ask how progress will be reviewed and whether the clinician coordinates with other providers when needed.
- A good fit should feel collaborative. You should understand what is recommended and be comfortable asking questions.
What an appointment may involve
Your first visit with me is 60 minutes. It includes a conversation about the concern and your goals, a focused assessment, a clear explanation of the findings, and treatment when it is appropriate and you are comfortable. Treatment may include hands-on care, movement guidance, acupuncture, or another approach suited to your presentation.
You can ask questions, request a gentler option, or pause any part of care. If the assessment suggests that another provider or medical evaluation is the better next step, Dr. Natalie will explain that too.
When to get individual advice
General information can help you understand the possibilities, but it cannot diagnose a concern. New, severe, rapidly changing, or worrying symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate health professional. If you are unsure where to begin, my free 15-minute consultation is a low-pressure way to ask whether an appointment makes sense.
